medicine woman, somatic healer, and guide to radical self-acceptance
Colleen Hallett knows what it feels like to live in the shadows of self-doubt and shame. For years, she was trapped in a cycle of severe body dysmorphia, self-abuse, and an unrelenting inner dialogue that left her feeling broken and unworthy. She struggled to see herself clearly, constantly comparing herself to others, and wishing she could whisper to her younger self, “I love you. You are worthy.”
Her journey through the darkness was not about finding a way out but about learning to be present with it—to feel the resistance, the self-hate, the intrusive thoughts, and the overwhelming emotions without letting them consume her. Colleen learned to ground herself, allowing these feelings to move through her body without taking over. She discovered radical ownership of her life, embracing her authenticity without the need to “fix” herself or live up to someone else’s idea of perfection.

through somatic womb work, self-healing, and deep loving presence, colleen transformed her pain into wisdom.
Today, she offers women a space to feel seen and held, just as they are. Her gift is in sensing the vibe of the room, crafting the exact experience needed for healing, and knowing how to speak to and hold bodies and nervous systems in a way that fosters grounding and unfolding.
Colleen’s experience as a medicine woman and her journey of self-acceptance equip her to guide women back to themselves. She shows her clients how to embrace the fullness of their humanity, to question the thoughts that keep them small, and to open up to the joy, love, and ecstasy that come from living fully embodied.
A California native now residing in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, Colleen brings her powerful prayers, impactful voice, and intuitive hands-on touch to every circle she leads. She teaches women that they are not problems needing to be fixed but beings worthy of love and acceptance. Her journey from self-abuse to self-love is a testament to the healing power of radical acceptance.
